		<description>well I look at it like this..... the experinces of the phenomina start at a young age. This gives kids the knowledge that they can start to learn to use these tools to better themselves in a way. Im really only talking right now about being intune with your own inutition.

If they are getting paid to be on the show then they are getting reimbursed well for it. I agree with your point though that im sure they have a hard time in school after they have been outed by society for theiir gifts. IM sure they didnt tell anyone about them, cause at a young age you wouldnt exactly know your a medium, only that you have strange visions.

There&#039;s a good chance that if their peers know, they could either have other kids making fun of them for something that&#039;s very serious, maybe even traumatic for them already. Even worse, the other kids could get excited and try to get the kid to do parlor tricks. &quot;How many ghosts are in the hallway?&quot; Regardless of whether you believe in these sorts of abilities or not, if the child believes he/she has it, it&#039;s real enough for them and shouldn&#039;t be taken lightly.</description>
