", have you tried speaking out lately?  It is increasingly difficult by design, which is not to say we still shouldn't try.  I was particularly struck by this as I watched the Lawrence citizens mobilize en masse to celebrate a basketball victory.  What would it take to get these people into the streets to say demand an alternative to fossil fuels, health care for all, and end to the war in Iraq, a halt to global warming, etc.  let alone the ability to share free music...
